Strategic Plan

  1. To improve the quality of the paperwork that is submitted for federally allowable expenses.
  2. Developing an advertisement campaign to increase resource parents.
  3. Increase outreach to recruit qualified staff in order to support the growth of the agency.
  4. Increase the cultural diversity of the governing members of the agency.

Performance Measurement and Dissemination Plan
April 1, 2022 – April 1, 2023

GOAL: Decrease the number of foster care moves to a higher level of care and decrease movement within the agency.

  • There was a decrease in the number of moves to a higher level of care

GOAL: To increase occupancy rate in the foster  care program.

  • There were a significant increase in the number of occupancies due to our recruiting efforts.

GOAL: To decrease the waiting period to process foster parent applications to less than 90 days.

  • There was not a decrease in the waiting period due to state fingerprint processing due to guardian being short staffed

GOAL: The goal of the agency is to maintain a high level of satisfaction with Share Homes

  • RESULTS: The results indicated that 70 percent of the clients were satisfied with the services as Share Homes. The next goal will be to improve satisfaction to a level of 90 percent.

GOAL: All new employees will receive training with in their 90 day probationary period.

  • RESULTS: The results were 100 percent of the new employees received their training with in the 90 day probationary period

GOAL: All employees will have a timely performance evaluation.

  • RESULTS: This goal was met 90 percent were completed.

 GOAL:  Job descriptions will continue to be updated annually

  • RESULTS: The job descriptions were updated for 2022/23

GOAL: The social work staff will continue to receive yearly training in Oct

  • RESULTS: Staff received their yearly training in 2022/23

GOAL:  Safety drills will continue to be completed in 2022/23

  • The safety goals were completed in 2022/23

GOAL: Facility will continue to have yearly external and internal safety inspections.

  • Goal met Share Homes did complete yearly external and internal inspections.
